Spring Ridge Estates is located in Eustis, FL. From Orlando on the Florida Turnpike heading north, exit onto State Road 429 North. Follow to exit onto US Highway 441 and turn left. Go 13.4 miles and turn right onto County Road 44B (CVS and Lowe’s). Go to the first traffic light (E. State Road 44) and turn left. Go to the first traffic light (Deland Road) and turn right.
