Collectively, the management team within Hanover Commercial has developed or acquired almost 3,500,000 square feet of income producing industrial and commercial real estate in addition to brokering nearly 1,000,000 square feet of industrial space in the greater Central Florida market. The team has experience in real estate through a variety of platforms including publicly traded entities, private REIT’s, and privately held companies providing a unique perspective to each transaction.
HCP Commercial’s first fund, the Hanover Commercial Value Fund, was launched in 2009 with the intent of acquiring commercial income and development opportunities in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville.
Investment Criteria
Industrial
/ Distribution / Flex / Single Story Office / Mixed Use - Preferred Individual Property size is $2-$7 million with total capacity exceeding $45 million for portfolios or multi-tenant product
- Significant emphasis on replacement cost and access to population centers
- Capable of flexible deal structures that include loan purchases, recapitalizations of partnerships, or JV’s.
